The Cover – Discussing a model of the Army X-ray Field Table unit are Colonel Alfred A. deLorimier, Commandant of the Army School of Roentgenology, and O. Conrad Hollstem, X-Ray Division engineer. These two menthe one determining what was needed for the job and the other designing the equipment to do it effectively, are mainly responsible for the Army’s new Field Table, Bi-plane Marker and Re-orientating Device, which work together to locate in a minute or two shell fragments in a wounded man’s body.
