A rare pictorial record of Lockheed Overseas Corporation’s aircraft depot at Langford Lodge, Northern Ireland, compiled from official company negatives at the request of the men stationed there. Organized into six sections — Historical, Living Areas, Work, Recreation, Miscellaneous, and Snapshots — it documents the construction and daily operation of the base, from hangars and runway work to the overhaul of P-47s, B-17s, B-24s, and P-38s, alongside base life: mess halls, hospital, PX, library, and a visiting USO show.
