Advance Base Construction Depot Salt Lake, Oahu, Hawaii began August 22, 1944 to publish the Alphabet newspaper. The ABCD had a small varying format 6-1/2″ x 8-1/2″ or 5-3/4″ x 8″ and appeared to be published every two weeks.
