The Circuit was the official POW newspaper of Stalag Luft III South Compound 1943. The camp was in the German province of Lower Silesia near the town of Sagan (now Żagań in Poland). The camp is best known for two famous prisoner escapes that took place by tunneling. One of them was depicted in the film The Great Escape.
