This magazine is designed to inform the men and women in Ordnance plants and other Ordnance establishments of their important part in this war, and to show them how the materiel they produce is performing on the fighting fronts. It endeavors to bring home to all Ordnance workers the fact that the Army and the Navy are intensely concerned with their collective production, their everyday life at the plants, and their individual personalities. Through firepower, the Ordnance Department of the Army and the Bureau of Ordnance of the Navy hope to bring realization of the war more directly into the plants that produce for war, and in so doing, acknowledge the efforts of the men and women of Ordnance who pave the path to ultimate Victory. …….
