The Overseas Edition of Infantry Journal began with the May 1943 Issue. The format for the overseas edition is 5-3/4" x 7-5/8". It is an exact, page for page, black and white copy of the regular Infantry Journal except in reduced size, including font sizes. Each issue ranged from 76 to 98 pages.
